1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Stilloku mobile application, website, and related services. By using Stilloku, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Using Stilloku
Stilloku grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for private, non-commercial puzzle play, subject to these Terms and the rules of Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
You keep ownership of information that is yours. Stilloku and its original visual design, software, text, puzzle systems, branding, and other content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
3. Accounts and progress
An account is optional. You are responsible for access to your chosen Google, Apple, or email account and for keeping your device secure. Do not use another person’s account without permission.
Cloud synchronization is provided as a convenience. Keep your app updated and avoid modifying synchronized data outside the app. You may delete your account from the profile screen; see the deletion guide.
4. Advertising
The free version may show advertising. In some situations, you may voluntarily watch a rewarded ad for an in-game benefit described before the ad begins. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Availability is not guaranteed, and rewards have no cash value.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Manipulate advertising, rewards, statistics, synchronization, or authentication.
- Use automated systems to scrape or abuse the service.
- Use Stilloku in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
6. Availability and changes
Offline gameplay is designed to remain available, but online features depend on networks and third-party services. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve safety, reliability, compliance, or the product. We may terminate access where necessary to prevent abuse or comply with law.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
Stilloku is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent retention of progress, or that every puzzle or feature will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stilloku is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
8. Third-party terms
Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, AdMob, PostHog, Apple, and Google may apply their own terms to the services they provide. Your use of the mobile app is also subject to the applicable store’s rules.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date here. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. Stilloku is currently in pre-release; use the developer contact supplied with your beta invitation until the permanent support address is published.
